I can hardly write this without tears. Tomorrow my little girl will be 1. How did a year go by so fast? This time last year, I already had been in labor for 12 hours, they gave me pitocin to speed things up and the epidural was in. I was comfortable and ready to meet my little girl. I still didn't know yet if she would be born on the 24th or 25th. I was hoping for 24th so I didn't have to share my birthday with her. Now I am so happy to have the day with her. We will always have that bond. Planning for her party has been so much fun. I will dedicate a post to it later. For now, I'm am going to enjoy tomorrow 1/2 by myself with a little pampering then pick her up early from school and have a special day with her at the beach or aquarium.
Who is Kaitlyn?
She is silly:
A character:Loving:
The brightest sunshine I have ever known:

If this seems to be prejudicial, too bad, but when Kaitlyn smiles at you, it just sets ones heart a flutter. What a great gift to have her with us.
ReplyDeleteToo bad her mom will probably never have another birthday celebration and she will be 'frozen' at 29.
Still Happy birthday Chrissy and Kaitlyn.
