So any of you who have your own blog and use FTP to publish to a private domain know that Blogger (owned by Google) is deprecating support for FTP on May 1st because of lack of use.
What the heck does that mean?
It means I just spent the last 3 hour rebuilding the blog manually (without the fancy migration tool Google so kindly gave us), setting up a blogspot host, changing the CNAME DNS record for the subdomain "blog.ourlittleladybug.com", and rebuilding all the lost file links to the old website.
Why did I tell you this? Because I thought you deserved to know how hard it was. Especially since I did half of it through my Motorola Droid in the middle of a Financial Markets and Institutions class.
So sit back, relax, and enjoy KaityBug's 7 month picture. It was 7 months her work and 3 hours of mine in the making. I'm going to sleep.

Thanks for whatever you did to keep the pictures coming.
ReplyDeleteI think it means you should be hosted on my server at the datacenter so you can stop having problems like this...
