Week of the Child at Kaitlyn's School

This week was the "week of the Child" at Kaitlyn's school.  We were asked to each write a letter to her and tell her why we think she's special.  I made a little book for her with these pictures in it and this poem:


Your name is Kaitlyn

And you’re my little bug

I love when I pick you up from school

And you run up to me with a great big hug

We like to sing, do crafts, and play

Or blow bubbles and watch them fly away

You are silly, funny, and I call you a goose

Your laugh is like music

We love to dance and let loose

Mommy loves you, my beautiful little girl

Princess dresses for you always, in my heart you will always twirl.
