Kaitlyn had her 1 year checkup today with 3 shots. She was great but it's hard to keep a 1 year old occupied in a room and on a table for more than 5 minutes. I did my best and she was all smiles, waves, and blowing kisses to the Dr and nurse. She cried pretty hard with the shots (Didn't help that the nurse missed the first one and had to re-do) but she was over it pretty quick.
Stats: 21.5 lbs (50% percentile)
30 inches tall (75% percentile)
6 top teeth (4 fronts, 2 kinda molars)
2 bottom teeth
100% adorable.

I guess you have to look at the shots as something she needs even though you know it hurts.

I just spent an happy hour looking at all the photos and comments about Kaitlyn and the last year. She looks so happy and makes us all so happy. It's fantastic to be a part of her life.
