I took her to Inman Park yesterday. What a flood of memories that brought back for me. I used to have Parks and Rec there, I won a Franklin Township Frisbee contest and was in the paper, I had all of my school picnics there, and used to cause all other sorts of trouble with my friends. They have it set up pretty nicely now with two playgrounds. One for older kids and one for smaller kids. I went to the smaller one and tried her on the bucket seat.
She loved it! I also let her climb on the playground for a bit. She got to steer the wheel and turn the tic tac toe blocks but her favorite part was playing with the older kids. Every single one of them said how cute she was. And since young kids never lie - I'm taking it! She also went on the slide for the first time. Giggled the whole way down! It was hard keeping the mulch out of her mouth but I can't wait to go back!
