It's 9:30 am - Do you know where your ladybug is?

Mine is still sleeping after going to bed at 10:00 last night. She had a nice Thankgiving but was a little cranky since she didn't nap well all day. She's making up for it now.

Bow Time

I took this pics with my camera phone. I have more with the real camera but I'm too lazy to go upstairs and get it. I have a ton of bows that people have given me and I never used them. Today she had a bit of an alfalfa hair sprout going on so I thought I would try. Holy Cute. I just can't even take it.

In other news, the bathroom is coming along and should have walls by this weekend.

My car also lost it's power steering so it had to be towed to the dealer. (Isn't it a newish car - you ask - why yes, it is.) Good times.

Grasping

Kaitlyn is now reaching for things and putting them in her mouth.   I first noticed it in Bermuda but now she's full on grasping at things.  She also likes to hold the bottle or my fingers when I feed her.  It's sooo cute.

LadyBug Good - Bathroom not

So... My bathroom needed cleaning - I mean serious cleaning since I have bleached like crazy and nothing ever worked. So I decided to treat the grout with acidic cleaner and re-caulk. As I start to yank out the caulk, The tiles pop off and I see a whole bunch of black mold. A call to my dad and about 2 hours later, my bathroom is almost completely gutted and I have no shower because the mold is so bad.

24 hours later and a trip to Lowes, I have a completely new bathroom coming on Wednesday.

Here are the pics:

And...We're back!

Had such a nice time in Bermuda.  Kaitlyn was really good for both flights and slept pretty much through the entire thing.  The flight there we were able to have the row to ourselves!    We ended up only bringing an umbrella stroller for her and used the sling for when she was sleeping.  It worked out really well.

She had a few mishaps where she has some blow out poopy diapers (which has since been fixed by increasing the size of her diaper) and some overly tired screaming fits but overall, she was really good and I'm sooo glad we took her.

Diving on the other hand - not so good.  After gearing up and lugging all of the equipment down to the dive shop, we learned that the conditions were not good and the boat was broken anyway.  The next day, the dive shop drove us across the island to another dive shop.  We got all geared up and ready to go.  The first dive was on a wreck.  I think it was the first time I felt a surge at 45 feet deep.  When we started to ascend, things got crazy.  The waves were unbelievable.  Imagine trying to get onto a boat with a ladder crashing up and down two feet from your head.  I also got EXTREMELY sea sick.  Mike lost it but I managed to keep it in.  We called it immediately and asked to be taken back.  It was horrible.  I felt sick for 2 hours after that.

I posted a lot of the pictures here:
Please let me know if you can't get to them.

A special thank you to George and Kara.  They were brave enough to watch Kaitlyn while having Gaorge Danger with them.  They even ventured out to St. George with the two of them while we dived.  If they hadn't offered to watch her, I wouldn't have been able to bring her and I can't imagine being there without her.

So I walk out onto our hotel balcony and this is what I see. At least she's wearing ladybug PJ's and not a string bikini! It is kinda cool that this time she's seeing this (even though she won't remember it.) Last time she was hear, she was wearing Mommy!

Sad/Happy

Yesterday was Kaitlyn's first "off" day.  She didn't really nap and just wanted to be held and cuddled all day.
Today, She's back to normal and is all smiles.

Is it bad I think it's adorable when she pouts her little lip??

Sunday Snuggle Time

Kaitlyn has her morning routine pretty much down.  She gets up, gets changed, gets a bottle, has some playtime on the mat, gets snuggle/read time with mommy then takes her morning nap.  Yesterday, it was rainy and yucky so I laid down for a minute with her before her nap.  Turns out both of us passed out.

(Yes Dad.   That would be your St. Matthias T-Shirt I'm wearing - See the other post on the poopy blowout at your house the night before)
